Why are our pallets better and how they compare to other types? 

Our pallets are built using brand new, Southern Yellow Pine lumber. None of the lumber that we use is old, previously used, or recycled. Furthermore, all of our pallets are built by hand, not by machinery. Because all of our clients' needs differ, and no 2 clients are exactly alike, each order is given the attention it deserves, building according to our client's specifications and needs. Therefore, our craftsmanship is exceptional and unlike most pallet suppliers out there. Our niche is building custom pallets, boxes, and crates.

So we have gained new clients over the past few years and when asked why they are switching from their current pallet supplier, 3 points are usually mentioned:

1. Quality.  

Pallets are being supplied that are not durable or made with quality lumber. They complain that pallets are breaking apart, not able to withstand the weight that's being put on them. Whereas with our company one of the questions we always ask a new client is, "how much weight is going on the pallet, box, or crate?" We know that's an important criteria in helping us to determine how to build a durable product. Clients trust that what we build will safely carry their products from point A to point B. It is very important we don't ever let down our clients or cause them to lose a product due to damage in transit caused by an ineffectively built pallet, crate, or box. 

2. Lead time.

Another complaint customers of other suppliers have is the lead time from placing an order to delivery. Our general rule of thumb is 7 business days from the time the order is placed until the time the order is delivered. Sometimes orders are delivered sooner and some are right on time.

3. Customer care.

Furthermore, when you call or email our company, you are connected directly to the owners of the company. We handle all correspondence, inquiries, and pallet quotes. There is no third-party answering machine or receptionist taking messages. Our clients appreciate this very much.
